The ratio of price, quality and performance is above standard. It's really nice here. The wellness is great, we really appreciated it after challenging hikes in the local mountains. The employees are very pleasant, I was surprised with how much care and willingness they take care of us. Breakfast and dinner are very good, everyone can choose, they also take into account "gluten-free" people here (I don't know to what extent, luckily I'm not one, but I've noticed with others that they cater to them with gluten-free pastries at breakfast). Our windows face the street directly opposite the bus stop and we can see Sněžka. There is also a clothes dryer in the room, the windows can be darkened with blinds, it is possible to make coffee or tea. I would like to mention that of course everyone perceives things differently, my opinion can be considered subjective, no less, I am beyond satisfied and can recommend it here with a clear conscience.

We were here for a long weekend, a couple and 1 granddaughter, 4 years old. We were very pleasantly surprised by everything...cleanliness, willingness of the staff, good food, wellness. I can only recommend, ideal for a stay with children, a playroom that can be seen from the table and does not disturb at the same time. The staff is nice and really doesn't mind children, on the contrary. The shed is perfectly strategically located. We will definitely be back.

We were here for the weekend with a friend and we were very satisfied. The rooms are clean and sufficiently equipped. The location of the hotel is also great if you want to go to Sněžka, go on a trip to Poland or hike around the area. Of course, a visit to the wellness center after a long day was also a big plus.

We also had lunch with our child and we are delighted. Excellent food, huge portions, friendly and fast service. The children's corner is clean and equipped to keep a four-year-old busy, and we enjoyed lunch in peace. We got the tip from Infocemtr, to which we also thank.

We were here for the second time in Krnapka and again very satisfied. The place is wonderful, the room is clean and fragrant, well equipped, you can prepare tea or coffee, if you feel like it, you can also cook something, but there is no reason for that, because the half board is very rich in choice and composition. The service is very helpful, nice, they try to accommodate everything. And on top of that, a whirlpool, swimming pool, sauna, fitness, multi-functional playground, play elements for children... Everyone is thought of here. Many thanks to the entire service team.
