Stay with dogs
Our resort does not accommodate pets. Exception are our depandance and two ground floor apartments in Krnapka. Depandance are located in the adjacent buildings near about 50 m from the main building, the price per dog is 400 CZK / night without board. =) Reception, catering and wellness services are provided in the main building.

Closure of an establishment by government/ministerial order

2. Vystavení voucheru v hodnotě uhrazené částky s platností 15 měsíců od data vystavení.

Year-round operation
Resort Horní Malá Úpa is an accommodation facility that operates all year round. Availability varies according to the season.
Parking
Parking is available for guests directly at our accommodation facility. Before entering the garage, you must pick up an electronic key at the reception desk to open the barrier to enter the car park. Reception will also provide you with the location of your car, which is linked to your room number. Parking is charged at a one-off fee of CZK 450 per stay.
Winter season
In the winter season, our facility is busiest. About 90% of our clients are families with children. The winter season is full of life and activity, so guests seeking absolute peace and quiet might prefer other times of the year.
Summer season
Traffic is quieter in summer. During this period there is room for peace and relaxation in our accommodation.
